Lactation Breakfast Pancakes with NO Brewers Yeast

These lactation pancakes make for a delicious breakfast and are packed with nutrients! They help boost milk supply whether you’re pumping or breastfeeding and anyone can enjoy them as they're a healthier option compared to regular, flour-based pancakes.

The oats and flaxseed are an amazing source of vitamins and if you do choose to add brewers yeast, add 1 tbsp. You can also freeze these lactation pancakes by wrapping them in parchment paper and then a zip lock bag. I plan on stocking up before baby #2 is due in January :)

Wishing you all the best with your littles! 💜
