◾️1 corn on the cob, kernels cut off
◾️1 bell pepper, chopped
◾️2 cups cauliflower bits (very small pieces)
◾️8 oz chopped mushrooms
◾️juice of 1 lime
◾️1 bag (1oz) taco seasoning
◾️pinch of black pepper
◾️corn tortillas
