I love making spaghetti squash for days I do not want pasta as a side and crave something healthier/lighter. Skip adding any animal products like butter or parm and it can be an easy vegan option as well. Hope you all enjoy this recipe, so easy to make!

◾️1 large spaghetti squash
◾️2 tsp olive oil
◾️1/2 tsp salt
◾️1/4 tsp pepper
◾️1/2 tsp garlic powder
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a fork/knife goes through smoothly
