This cherry cake is a perfect last minute recipe for the holidays (use frozen cherries) or when you are craving something sweet in the summer (fresh cherries are in season!). It comes out moist and fluffy and bursting with cherry flavor!

◾️16 oz pitted cherries (1 bag)
◾️1 cup granulated sugar
◾️1 tbsp vanilla
◾️1 cup sour cream
◾️1/2 cup vegetable oil
◾️2 tsp baking powder
◾️1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
◾️1/4 cup powdered sugar
Bake on 350 degrees for 45-55 min or until toothpick comes out clean
