My go-to recipe for tender, soft turkey meatballs! I usually make a couple batches at a time and freeze them :)

1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (add a little more if you want the parm flavor to stand out)
1 lb 93% lean white turkey meat
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs (seasoned works fine too!)
1/2 cup almond milk (or whole, or half n half or 2%)
1 small onion
2 small garlic gloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Olive oil for drizzling
Bake medium sized meatballs for 25 min on 400.
I have made smaller sized ones as well and baked them for 22 min!
