Ingredients:
Fish:
◾️About 1.5 lb tilapia
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️1/2 tsp pepper
◾️1 tsp chili pepper
◾️1 tsp garlic powder
◾️1 tbsp olive oil
Bake fish 400 degrees 15-18 min
Sauce:
◾️1/4 cup real mayo
◾️1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream
◾️1 lime, juiced
◾️1/2 tsp salt
◾️1/2 tsp paprika
Cabbage Slaw:
◾️1/4 purple cabbage, shredded (about 2 cups)
◾️1/2 red onion, diced
◾️1/2 cup chopped cilantro
◾️1 large garlic clove, minced
◾️1 lime, juiced
◾️1/4 tsp salt
◾️About 10 corn tortillas
Optional:
◾️Sliced avocado
◾️Lime wedges
