Ingredients:
◾️1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
◾️1 cup granulated sugar
◾️Zest of one whole lemon, optional
◾️2 eggs, room temp
◾️2 cups + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
◾️2 ½ tsp baking powder
◾️1/4 tsp salt
◾️2 cups fresh blueberries
◾️1/2 cup room temp milk (whole or 2%)
◾️muffin liners
Bake at 375 for 28-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
