These fried chicken cutlets are crispy outside and juicy on the inside, a perfect combo with some yummy mashed potatoes! They're easy to make ahead of time and go great on a salad or make for a quick chicken sandwich as well. 😋

Ingredients:
◾️3 chicken breasts cut into 6 cutlets
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️1 tbsp garlic powder
◾️1/2 tsp pepper
◾️1/2 tsp paprika
◾️1 cup flour with ½ tsp salt
◾️1.5 cup Japanese panko breadcrumbs with 1 tsp of seasoning mixture
◾️3 eggs, whisked
◾️1/2 cup vegetable oil
Fry each side for 3-4 min or until 165 degrees inside
