I'm not a keto dieter (love my carbs too much đ) but I wanted to create this recipe for all my keto lovers. These turkey meatballs are so darn good, especially with the mozzarella cheese oozing out of them! You can air fry them for a crispier meatball or pop them in the oven as well. The macros below are for the entire recipe so just divide based on how many meatballs you make/eat (depends on size you roll them in, mine came out to 13 medium ones). Perfect for a meal with a side or as a snack!

Thank you for this brilliant recipe. I need to eat low carb because I'm diabetic, but these meatballs would satisfy anyone. They hold together beautifully and taste just great--so moist and delicious. I made small ones to go in my Italian Wedding Soup, and some of the mozzarella did ooze out in the air fryer. At first I was concerned, but then I realized I had been given a little gift. After I removed the meatballs, I put the basket with the oozed mozz back in for a couple of minutes, then scraped up all the golden brown frico bits. They made a great topping for the first couple of bowls of soup. Thanks again for this recipe!
