Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! 💜 This red velvet cake can be made in your traditional circular pan but I thought the heart pan was fun for Valentine's Day. It's super moist inside and tastes delicious!

Ingredients:
Dry:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
1 tsp salt
Batter:
2 sticks unsalted butter (1 cup) at room temp
1 ½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar with 1 tsp baking soda mixed together
Food coloring (gel kind)
Oil spray
Bake each layer for 18-20 min at 350 degrees
Icing:
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
½ cup unsalted butter, room temp
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
