This classic stove top beef pot roast is super easy to make, no crockpot required! Just have all your ingredients prepped and let the dutch oven pot do the rest for you!

Ingredients:
Choice of beef (I used a 2.5 lb chuck roast)
1 large onion roughly chopped
4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
2 cups or so of mushroom quartered
3-4 large red potatoes quartered
3-4 small garlic cloves minced
Salt and pepper (quite a bit to season the meat and more for taste)
Flour for the meat
2 tbsp of olive or vegetable oil
½ cup dry red wine
2 cups chicken broth
2 sprigs rosemary
Parsley for garnish
Cook in your dutch oven on low heat for 1 hr per 1 lb of beef
