Nutella Filled Donuts (Krofne, Bomboloni)

Boy is this a special treat! What can be better than homemade donuts filled with delicious Nutella?! I grew up eating these and we call them “krofne” in Bosnian and usually stuff them with fruit preserves, jelly or Eurocrem. I bought a giant jar of Nutella and it did the trick!

Ingredients:

◾️1 ½ cup whole milk, warm ◾️2 packs Fleischmann's Active Dry Yeast, 1/2 an ounce total ◾️2 tbsp sugar ◾️5 cups all purpose flour ◾️1/4 tsp salt ◾️1 tbsp vanilla ◾️2 eggs, room temp ◾️1/4 cup vegetable oil ◾️Nutella ◾️about 6 cups vegetable oil for frying
