These crab rangoon are truly an irresistible appetizer! Crispy fried wontons filled with crab, creamy cream cheese and green onions; it doesn’t get better than this! Pair them with a delicious sweet and sour sauce, duck sauce, plum sauce or my favorite, sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!

◾️8 oz full-fat cream cheese (add more if you don’t like the 1:1 ratio)
◾️8 oz of imitation or real crab
◾️1 green onion, thinly sliced
◾️1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional but so worth it)
◾️2 crushed small garlic cloves
◾️1 tsp soy sauce
◾️1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️1/2 tsp salt
◾️35-40 wonton skins
Fry these in 350 degree oil for 3-4 min
Makes about 35 crab wontons if you use 1 tbsp of filling
