Ingredients:
Meatballs:
◾️1 lb ground turkey
◾️1 egg
◾️1/2 tsp salt
◾️1/2 tsp pepper
◾️1 tbsp garlic powder
◾️1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Bake meatballs at 400 degrees for 25-30 min
Stroganoff Sauce:
◾️2 tbsp olive oil
◾️1 small onion, diced
◾️8 oz mushrooms, sliced
◾️2 garlic cloves, minced
◾️2 tbsp flour
◾️1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
◾️1 ½ cup chicken broth
◾️3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
◾️1/2 cup sour cream
◾️1 tsp Dijon mustard
◾️1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️parsley for garnish
Serve with egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice
