When I used to work at Starbucks ages ago, I would love munching on their banana nut bread. And now that I am 6 months pregnant, those cravings for that bread have come back on strong so I've been making my own recipe every single week.
Nothing better than banana bread in the morning with some coffee! Yum! 💜

Ingredients:
◾️3-4 ripe banana, mashed (I like mine with chunks left in)
◾️2 cups all-purpose flour
◾️1 tsp baking soda
◾️1/4 tsp salt
◾️1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
◾️3/4 cup brown sugar
◾️2 room temp eggs
◾️1/2 cup Kefir (my favorite) or ½ cup milk
◾️1 tsp vanilla
◾️1/2 cup toasted walnuts or pecans if desired
Bake banana bread at 350 for 50-60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
