Easy, 5 Minute Microwave Chocolate Cake

Since my pregnancy cravings have kicked in full swing, I've been finding myself making this cake more and more often! Most times I eat it with no frosting and it definitely hits the spot. 😋 No baking in oven needed, comes together super quick in 5 min. Hope you all love it! 🎂

Ingredients:
◾️1 cup all-purpose flour
◾️1 cup granulated sugar
◾️1/3 cup good quality cocoa powder
◾️2 tsp baking powder
◾️1/2 tsp salt
◾️1 egg, room temp
◾️1/4 vegetable oil
◾️1 tsp vanilla
◾️1/2 cup milk, room temp (2% or whole)
◾️1/2 cup warm or hot water
Put cake in microwave for 4-5 min, depending on how big your dish is. Mine took 5 min exactly. Check with a toothpick.
