Ingredients:
🔹Crust:
◾️2 cups ground graham crackers
◾️¼ tsp cinnamon
◾️1 stick (8 oz) unsalted butter, melted
🔹Filling:
◾️16 oz cream cheese, softened
◾️1 cup granulated sugar
◾️1 ½ cup sour cream
◾️3 eggs
◾️1 lemon zested
◾️¼ of a lemon’s juice (about 1 tbsp)
◾️½ tsp vanilla
