This is the BEST corn casserole recipe ever! I have tried many variations of this recipe: adding extra eggs, adding more butter, making it from scratch, taking out the sour cream, etc. I always come back to this simple, 6 ingredient, classic Jiffy recipe. Give it a try, promise you’ll love it!

8 oz unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
I 8.5 box/bag of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn kernels, drained
Bake in oven on 350 for 55-60 minutes
