Homemade chicken alfredo pasta is one of the easiest dinners to make and one we eat quite frequently. The creamy alfredo sauce is so good, we always make extra to pour on top of the plated pasta. Hope you love this chicken alfredo as much as we do!

INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts, halved
1 tsp sea salt (add more to sauce if desired)
¼ tsp pepper (add more to sauce if desired)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
16 oz mushrooms
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 cup (stick) of unsalted butter
½ cup of chicken broth (substitute for heavy cream if desired)
3 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 cup of fresh parmesan cheese
1 package of linguine pasta
